Shipping Policy
How and where we ship your Spegalplumb order, and what to expect after you check out.

We ship worldwide from the United States. All prices and charges are in USD. Some remote destinations may be unavailable; if we cannot ship to your address we will contact you and refund your order in full.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking details once your order ships.
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: approximately 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: approximately 10–25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and weather can affect delivery and are outside our control.
A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout based on your destination. Orders with a subtotal of $55 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us promptly if you spot an error.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, email support@spegalplumb.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
