Refund Policy

When refunds are issued, how they are processed and how long they take.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. We do not issue cash refunds and cannot refund to a different card or account than the one used for the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, or your refund is otherwise approved, we process it within 2 business days. After that, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • The price you paid for returned items in eligible condition.
  • Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
  • For faulty or damaged goods, you receive a full refund including shipping.

A partial refund may apply if an item is returned with missing parts or packaging, or shows signs of use beyond inspection. We will always explain any deduction before processing.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled and refunded in full. Once an order has shipped, our Returns Policy applies.

  • Used or installed items returned for change-of-mind reasons
  • Returns sent without prior authorisation
  • Import duties, taxes or original return shipping on change-of-mind returns
