Returns Policy
Changed your mind? Here is how returns work at Spegalplumb.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, hoses, drippers and fittings that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Email support@spegalplumb.shop with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and we recommend a tracked service. If a return is due to our error or a faulty product, we cover the return shipping.
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within a reasonable time with photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
- Used or installed hoses, drippers, emitters and fittings (unless faulty)
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items missing original packaging or parts
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. See our Refund Policy for timing and method. Prefer an exchange? Mention it in your return email and we will arrange the swap subject to availability.
